If I can't reasonably fix the workflow issue we agreed to work on during your session, you can request a full $30 refund within 24 hours. Email me at teaganscott20@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue and why you feel it wasn't resolved. I review these personally and process refunds that qualify.
What "reasonably fix" means: The issue is technically feasible to address in a focused 15-minute session using commonly available tools, clearly described with enough context to work on, and limited to one specific workflow problem (not a multi-system overhaul).
Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 4 hours before your session through your Calendly confirmation email. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows (less than 4 hours' notice) are generally not refundable.
Results: I'll work to improve your workflow, but I can't guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue. This session gives you better tools and processes—how you use them is up to you.
